PALETTEN 24 started operating in 2007, setting itself the goal to produce top-quality wooden pallets. From the very beginning, we saw that the future of trade is unthinkable without standardized, high-quality transport packaging. This led us to be among the first companies to receive licenses for production and repair of EPAL Euro Pallets in Bulgaria. We initiated the establishment of a national EPAL committee, which covers the entire territory of Bulgaria, and later included Romania and Greece.

PALETTEN 24 has a closed production cycle. This is how we provide products of the highest quality. We have a factory in Gotse Delchev, which is well equipped and allows us to produce both certified EPAL pallets and custom products, made according to customer specifications.
The pallet carries your product and if it is not of good quality, there is substantial risk - not only of product damage, but also of accidents threatening the health and lives of employees in the supply chain. That is why we perform strict quality control at every step of the production process.
For customers who need large quantities of uncertified pallets, we offer the possibility of additional custom markings, printed on the wood with heat or colored ink. The pallets could be branded with the customer's logo for easier identification and exchange between them and their contractors. Another possibility is for each pallet produced to be branded with our logo and/or date of manufacture. This allows our customers with more than one pallet supplier to control their deliveries and suppliers more easily.
PALETTEN 24 is not just a manufacturer of standard or custom pallets. For more than 10 years we have a License for repair of EPAL Euro Pallets. We believe that repair prolongs the life of the pallet and thus saves money and natural resources. And although at this point repairs are just a supporting service in our company, we have all confidence that the upward trend for using recycled pallets will continue to intensify in the future. Damaged EPAL Euro Pallets can be repaired in a cost-effective and climate-friendly way.
EPAL Euro Pallet Repair may only be made by a company which holds an EPAL Repair License. This ensures that all EPAL Technical Requirements are met, and the repaired pallet will not differ in its characteristics and qualities from a new one. Thus, the repaired pallets remain a functioning part of the global EPAL exchange system. Licensed repair companies are subject to external quality control by an international audit company, which is an additional guarantee of quality. You can tell the repaired EPAL pallets by the large repair nail bearing the “EPAL” trademark, placed in the middle block.
PALETTEN 24 Balkan has a factory with an area of 12 000 square meters in Gotse Delchev, as well as two warehouses in Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo.

Our main storage area is a closed room with the required height and natural air circulation, so that the manufactured pallets are stored in the most suitable conditions. We also have an open storage space, featuring a stable metal structure and a reliable roof. The open storage area is used in case the weather conditions and the specifications of the pallet either allow or require it.
